Back to basics! Yes, cooking from scratch with all natural, organic ingredidents like fresh picked organic fruits and vegetables that are in season. Local grass-fed meats, organic free range chickens and wild caught seafood. I also use whole grains. No GMO's, no white sugar, no refined or enhanced products of any kind. These are all links to bad health.
